Mission Statement
The mission of Rosa Parks Elementary School is to inspire, empower, and prepare every student to achieve their optimal potential, be successful citizens, and lifelong learners with the necessary knowledge and skills for the 21st century.
The Vision of RPES is to:
- Address the needs of the whole child throughout the year (academic, social, and emotional)
- Provide quality and equitable instruction for all students
- Standards based academic instruction
- 21st Century Skills (critical thinkers, technology skills, collaboration, STEAM, life-long learning)
- Setting high expectations for all students
- Character development/behavioral success

- Provide a safe and clean campus/classroom environment
- Develop partnerships with families and our community
- Create more opportunities for staff to develop capacity in the areas of professional development, and other instructional learning strategies
